Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician in Bedford, TX to perform maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. You will respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the trusted go-to person for residents seeking repairs.

Compensation includes $24.00–$26.00 per hour base pay, up to 50% rent discount, renewal commissions, a quarterly stipend, daily on-call pay, full medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

What You Need
