Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Laurel, MD community. Earn $21–$25/hour with on-site housing discount up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs, plus servicing work orders to keep the property in top condition. We require 1+ year of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to live within 30 minutes of the property.

We're hiring a Maintenance Technician for our 330-unit community, and we're interviewing this week.

What You’ll Earn

• $21-$25/hour, based on experience
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
• Renewal commissions shared with the property team
• $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)

What You’ll Do

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM. Paid rotating on-call.
