Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician to perform day-to-day repairs and maintenance at a North Carolina property. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance tasks to keep the building in top condition.

Compensation includes hourly pay ($23-$25) and on-site housing discount, plus benefits. On-call rotations are paid, and a 401(k) with company match is offered along with medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle; live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.

• Perform day-to-day repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances.
• Work service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the person residents count on to get it fixed right.
