Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a 284-unit community in the Charlotte, NC area. The role offers an hourly rate of $23–$25 and on-site benefits. You will perform a range of repairs, handle service tickets, and help keep the property in great condition.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO, and on-call pay. Candidates should have at least 1 year of maintenance experience and live within 30 minutes of the property.

• 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

What you'll earn

• $23-$25/hour, based on experience
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
