Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician for our Fort Worth community. You will perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, respond to service tickets, and help keep residents happy by fixing issues quickly and right the first time.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, up to 50% rent discount, on-call pay, a 401(k) with company match, full medical/dental/vision, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education).
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus — not required to apply.

What You'll Do

Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

Schedule
