Church & Dwight Co., Inc. in York, PA is seeking a Mechanic – E shift (Weekend Days) to maintain equipment and support high‑speed production. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across GMP and nonregulated areas.

The schedule is Monday–Tuesday 5:30am–2:00pm and Saturday–Sunday 5:30am–5:30pm. Base pay is $37.43/hour, plus a $1.25/hour shift differential, with opportunities to contribute to Lean and TPM initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years’ experience of proven maintenance experience in a fast-paced lean manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or certificate from a mechanical vocational school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and adhere to plant safety policies.
• Perform troubleshooting, equipment and production line repairs, and machine set-up for high-speed lines.
• Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance and complete work orders in the CMMS system.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to balance maintenance and production needs.
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical areas and PLC controls to improve uptime.
