Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a leading beverage manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. The role offers full-time hours, a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates with hands-on mechanical experience and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, improving processes, and strict record-keeping, safety, and sanitation practices.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude; able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and learn new equipment.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Must be goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Thorough knowledge of production operations and safety requirements.

Schedule: Days & Nights rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 5:45am-6:00pm or 5:45pm-6:00am

We are willing to train individuals with manufacturing, construction, automotive, farm, machine operation, or other hands-on mechanical experience.

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment to ensure it works properly and as efficiently as possible
• Evaluate the improvement of processes in area of responsibility and work to minimize change over time
• Oversee all record keeping and perform all tests as required
• Maintain spare parts inventory and notify the manager when running low
• Maintain appropriate sanitation records, and keep track of what chemicals are used and in what concentration

What You Need to Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing, construction, automotive, farm, mechanical, maintenance, or other hands-on experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and learn new equipment and processes
