Candidates with hands-on mechanical experience and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, improving processes, and strict record-keeping, safety, and sanitation practices.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude; able to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and learn new equipment.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Must be goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Thorough knowledge of production operations and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain assigned equipment to ensure it works properly and efficiently.
• Evaluate process improvements in area of responsibility to minimize changeover time.
• Oversee record keeping and perform all required tests.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and notify manager when running low.
• Maintain sanitation records and track chemical use and concentrations.
