AtWork! is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Spring Park, MN facility. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventative tasks to keep production equipment running smoothly.

In this 2nd shift position, you will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime while collaborating with leadership. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills and a manufacturing background; boiler license is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience preferred (not required).
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance background.

Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire | Spring Park, MN 55384 Pay:$30–$45/hour (DOE – flexible based on experience)

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role offers strong autonomy and is ideal for someone who can handle a wide range of mechanical and electrical tasks.

Schedule

Schedule: Training: 1st Shift (approx. 1 month) 2nd Shift: Monday– Thursday: 1: 30 PM – 11: 30 PM Friday: 1: 30 PM – 5: 30 PM
