Monarch Investment and Management Group at Brookwood Apartments in Wichita, KS is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician. Earn up to $20 per hour plus quarterly bonuses and an on-call bonus, with growth opportunities and year-round employment.

The role covers resident work orders, unit turnovers, painting, HVAC troubleshooting, basic electrical and plumbing, grounds care, and maintaining clean, safe maintenance areas. On-call rotation is required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA license preferred; CPO certification preferred.
• Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, and basic plumbing is expected.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident work orders quickly and professionally.
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs).
• Interior/exterior painting and staining.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• Grounds maintenance and preventative care.
