Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the Siouxland area, including Sioux City and South Sioux City. The role offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE) with quarterly bonuses and on-call pay, plus a strong benefits package.

The successful candidate will perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, and grounds, and join a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or general maintenance is required or preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, Boiler, and CPO certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests quickly and efficiently.
• Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents.
• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Interior/exterior painting and repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Keep shop and work areas clean and organized.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks).
