Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Brookwood Apartments in Wichita, KS. The role offers up to $20/hour plus quarterly bonuses and a $100 on-call bonus, with full-time stability and year-round opportunities.

At Brookwood, a 216-unit community, you will perform resident work orders, make-ready repairs, and various maintenance tasks. Training, benefits, and growth are emphasized.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification (preferred).
• EPA license (preferred).
• CPO certification (preferred).
• Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing.
• Great communication & customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally.
• Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs).
• Interior/exterior painting & staining.
• HVAC troubleshooting & repairs.
• Grounds maintenance & preventative care.
• Keep maintenance areas clean & organized.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation.
