Arnold Grounds Apartment Management in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification to keep our multifamily community safe and well‑maintained.

You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs, complete resident work orders, make-ready vacant units, and participate in after-hours emergency maintenance and on-call rotations, while delivering friendly, professional service to residents.

Qualifications

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification to join our team at a multifamily community located in the Columbus, Ohio area.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, responding to resident service requests, completing unit turns, and assisting with preventative and emergency maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building repairs
• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely
• Perform make-ready repairs and prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and mechanical equipment
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional and customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents
• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team
