Aufgaben

Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, carpentry, and everyday building needs.
Respond to resident maintenance requests with patience and a friendly approach.
Prepare apartments for new residents including painting, repairs, and final touches.
Assist with grounds maintenance to keep the community welcoming.
Document completed work and maintenance activities accurately.
Coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
