Job summary

Stellar Living in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking an upbeat, dependable Maintenance Technician for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You’ll perform general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and daily repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Maintenance work experience in a residential or healthcare setting is preferred.
• A positive, uplifting attitude with a focus on residents and teamwork.
• Strong communication skills with residents, families, coworkers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry).
• Respond to resident requests with patience and care.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, including touch-ups and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds and exterior areas to keep the community welcoming.
• Document work performed and coordinate with outside vendors when needed.
