Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet company standards of cleanliness, safety, and function. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete work orders across buildings and common areas.

You will manage make-ready tasks for vacant units, coordinate with vendors, maintain inventory, and support safety programs while working a flexible schedule on-site at Greystar properties.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Completes work orders and preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues and performing repairs per policies and code requirements.
• Executes make-ready processes for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies and ensuring tasks are completed.
