Job summary
ADP, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech for 1st shift in Jasper, GA. You will repair and maintain varied equipment and systems in the facility, troubleshoot issues, and execute preventive maintenance with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include PLC logic design/troubleshooting, electrical/electronic fabrication, and supporting Lean initiatives while coordinating with other departments and crossing training teammates as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; AS degree or technical training preferred.
- Must read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
- Experience with electrical, PLC, and mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with AMMS is a plus; safety-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintenance of equipment and systems in the facility.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
- Design and troubleshoot PLC logic for machine control functions.
- Fabricate or repair electrical/electronic equipment from drawings.
- Support Lean initiatives (5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Maintain fabrication equipment; calibrate and repair as needed.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and cross-train others.
- Perform other duties to meet production schedule.
