Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance professional in Johns Creek, GA to operate on a 1st shift in a manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain extrusion and finishing lines, conveyors, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and automation systems to ensure uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least five years in industrial maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following trades: Electrical, Mechanical, Pipefitting, Millwright, Welding, Machining.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues affecting production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and uptime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and shutdown projects.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following all plant procedures and safety standards.
