Job summary

MITER Brands in Clovis, CA is seeking a skilled lead maintenance technician with a strong mechanical and electrical background. The role involves advancing to a higher-level position, supervising daily maintenance tasks, and ensuring safe operations in a manufacturing plant.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of related experience, be able to read blueprints, and communicate effectively. The position offers a Monday–Friday shift (6am–4pm) with overtime potential and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

• Two years or more of related work experience required.
• Certification from college or technical school preferred.
• Demonstrable experience may be accepted in place of credentials.
• Must read and follow blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures.
• Perform simple preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and routine part replacements.
• Fabricate / repair simple metal projects.
• Assist technicians to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC controlled CNCs, welders, and saws.
• Maintain data entry for required written and electronic equipment logs.
• Proper usage of personal protective equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE.
