Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a MaintenanceTech/Manager to ensure the maintenance shop meets the needs of IBC Management. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience in general maintenance, and the ability to manage repairs and train staff.

Electrical background is preferred, with a valid driver's license and hands-on capability across multiple trades. Join a global team with 3,500+ employees and 160+ locations; you will oversee maintenance tasks, coordinate schedules

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or vocational training in skilled trades.
• Electrical background preferred.
• 3–5 years of mechanical experience.
• Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair shop equipment and facilities.
• Schedule repairs and adapt to emergencies.
• Train mechanics on equipment specifics.
• Manage facility housekeeping to standards.
• Perform other duties as directed.
