Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician to ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, calibrate instrumentation, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to downtime across a multi-shift environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic applications, the ability to read schematics, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
• Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance certificate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
• Must multi-task and identify process improvements; strong problem solving.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds; frequent standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S in production.
• Maintains and repairs the facility.
• Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned.
