Job summary

ICP Group in Seaford, DE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support mechanical and electrical equipment uptime, including pumps, motors, conveyors, and PLC/DCS systems. Under Plant Manager direction, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, order parts, document safety procedures, and coordinate with maintenance teams to improve process reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with trades experience; STEM degree preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Ability to read P&ID diagrams.
• Familiarity with CMMS and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, conveyors, and plant equipment.
• Install or repair equipment to maintain production uptime.
• Adhere to OSHA safety requirements and wear required PPE.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance shop.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager.
