Job summary

Depot Connect International (DCI) is seeking a MaintenanceTech/Manager to ensure the maintenance shop meets the needs of IBC Management. The role requires hands-on maintenance, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to coordinate repairs and schedules across multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of mechanical experience, a valid driver's license, and exposure to skilled trades. Electrical background is preferred, with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical training or construction experience preferred.
• Electrical background preferred.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Knowledge of pump and industrial equipment rebuilding/repair.
• Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
• 3–5 years of mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience in general maintenance, good mechanical aptitude, able to work on multiple tasks and the ability to follow direction is required
• Industrial and Commercial work experience is a plus
• Exposure to various skilled trades (i.e., mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Knowledge of, or willingness to learn the application of using steam through associated piping to maintain product temperatures as required by manufacturer specifications
• Repairs specific mechanical failures as needed
• Ensuring scheduled repairs completed, and necessity to adjust schedule to meet emergencies
• Trains mechanics on specifics of equipment
• Manage housekeeping of facility to standards
• Performs other duties as directed
