• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain sanitation and safe working conditions in a food manufacturing setting.
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS.
• Coordinate with production to prioritize tasks with minimal disruption.
