Job summary

Aspire Bakeries LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team. You will maintain bakery equipment and facility systems to keep daily production running smoothly, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical experience, ability to read schematics, and familiarity with CMMS. You will work on 3rd shift and adhere to food safety and GMP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; OR 5 years of related industrial maintenance experience in lieu of education.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing process controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and controls documentation, including P&IDs, single‑line drawings, loop drawings, and equipment layouts.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, operation, functionality, and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control system issues.
• Support production operations by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and verifying equipment performance following repairs.
• Execute equipment overhauls, installations, and maintenance activities in alignment with production schedules.
• Operate maintenance tools, machinery, lifts, and material‑handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and work orders within the CMMS system.
• Promote compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety standards.
