Aspire Bakeries is seeking an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner for the Cayce, SC bakery. This role coordinates preventive and predictive maintenance planning to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime on the 1st shift.

You will prioritize work orders, manage materials, oversee contractors, and ensure CMMS/SAP records and safety protocols are upheld to support efficient bakery operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data evaluation and solution implementation.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance planning to maximize equipment reliability.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, labor, backlog, and material needs.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and service activities for quality execution.
• Maintain CMMS/SAP systems, records, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures, SOPs, and compliance programs.
• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing, and parts availability.
• Collaborate on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
