Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 4 years industrial maintenance experience in instrumentation, measurement and control, electronics, mechanical, and/or electrical maintenance; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a diploma.
- Experience in refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing process controls.
- Strong knowledge of equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills to document work within maintenance systems.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment to maintain operational reliability.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment overhauls to improve performance.
- Diagnose equipment failures and support rapid restoration of production operations.
- Operate maintenance tools, lifts, forklifts, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in maintenance systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
