Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Cayce, SC is seeking an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift to coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance planning that ensures equipment reliability and bakery operations. This role drives scheduling, material planning, and collaboration with contractors to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates will have a High school diploma, 3+ years supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of CMMS/SAP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks across departments.
• Knowledge of CMMS and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, labor requirements, backlog activities, and material needs.
• Oversee contractor, vendor, and service provider activities to ensure quality execution of maintenance work.
• Maintain CMMS/SAP systems, maintenance records, reporting, and performance tracking processes.
• Develop and improve maintenance procedures, SOPs, and compliance programs to support safe operations.
• Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing activities, and parts availability to support maintenance execution.
• Collaborate on capital projects, equipment procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
