Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA 608, Boiler Certification, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair are obtained within 9–12 months depending on role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and orderliness of property HVAC, mechanical, electrical, utilities and lighting systems.
• Direct and coordinate with outside contractors on assigned projects.
• Ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
