Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Perryville, MD is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to set up, adjust, and perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment, with responsibility for production quality and downtime reduction.

Under minimal supervision, you will troubleshoot and repair equipment, document all work in CMMS, mentor junior technicians, and assist with facility projects.

Qualifications

5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Must be willing to learn new equipment as it is brought online.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; document issues in CMMS and maintenance logs.
Mentor junior engineers and assist other technicians on complex tasks.
Support facility projects and equipment tests; ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance.
