Job summary

Medline is seeking a maintenance technician in Perryville, MD to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, automation, robotics, and related systems on the production floor.

Under general supervision, you will document work in CMMS, mentor junior staff, and oversee safety, inspections, and equipment certification including forklifts and lifts. This role requires hands-on maintenance experience and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Read drawings and use CMMS systems during maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary equipment.
• Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and assist junior staff as needed.
• Oversee projects such as space renovations, inventory management, and contractor oversight.
• Certify on all industrial lift equipment (e.g., forklifts, reach trucks, booms).
