MITER Brands in Temecula, CA is seeking a maintenance technician with strong electrical and mechanical skills to support plant operations. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC controlled CNCs, welders, and saws, and repair pumps and compressors while ensuring safety and quality.

This role requires up to five years of relevant experience, with preferred certifications in HVAC and college technical training.

Qualifications

• Up to five years of maintenance experience in electrical, mechanical, and related systems.
• Certification from college or technical school preferred; HVAC cert a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; troubleshoot complex equipment.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Perform departmental maintenance per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems incl. PLCs, CNCs, welders, saws.
• Maintain logs; repair pumps, vacuum systems and compressors.
• Plan work time to meet plant needs; adhere to safety policies.
• Modify and fabricate equipment; support quality improvements.
• Ensure teamwork and reflect company values.
