Job summary

HW Staffing co is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role emphasizes electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and proactive maintenance for CNC machines and automated lines.

Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read schematics and drawings; familiarity with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron PLCs is a plus. On-site work with physical upkeep included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with CNC and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC experience, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Omron, preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience using multimeters, calipers, and hand/power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Maintain CNC machines, conveyors, presses, pumps, and automated equipment.
• Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, schematics, and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, relays, breakers, and PLCs.
• Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Identify and order replacement parts as needed.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
