Overview
Searching for a Maintenance Technician II, responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment. This role supports production uptime, equipment reliability, and safe operations while responding to equipment downtime and completing assigned maintenance and engineering projects.
The position requires 4–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, or 2 years of experience with a recognized trade certification.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 4–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- OR 2 years of experience with one of the following certifications:
Technical Skills
- Ability to read electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Working knowledge of PLCs and industrial controls (e.g., Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCAT)
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, robotics, drives, and motion controls
- Understanding of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical or hydraulic systems
- Forklift or scissor lift certification or experience
- Strong command of maintenance procedures and best practices
