Fairfield Residential seeks a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the smooth operation of our Austin community at 1900 Parmer Apartments. You will handle daily maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and prepare vacant units for new residents.

You will respond to requests, participate in the on-call rotation, and help maintain safe, clean common areas for resident satisfaction. This is a non-exempt, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in property management maintenance.
• Experience in building maintenance or related trade acceptable.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily maintenance and repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prepare vacancies.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors; report inventory needs and potential liabilities.
• Assist with on-call emergencies and follow safety procedures.
