Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking aMaintenance Tech II to support the upkeep of our affordable housing properties. The role focuses on completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and ensuring timely unit turns with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, with skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Overtime may be required, with training in HUD/LIHTC standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting and building operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal of properties.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for after-hours on-call.
