Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Indianapolis is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform service requests, preventative maintenance, and full turns across multiple trades. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, intermediate trade skills, EPA certification (universal preferred) and optional CPO certification. Must be available for nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.

Compensation is $24 to $28 hourly plus lease renewal bonuses. Schedules vary (Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
• Working knowledge of appliances
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
