Job summary

S2 Residential is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service residents and the property. You will handle routine repairs, inspect major systems, and assist with turns and curb appeal, ensuring high standards of safety and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold HVAC certification, EPA Type II/Universal, and a valid driver’s license. Expect a full-time on-site role with on-call responsibilities and opportunities to work across multiple units daily.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification (Type II or Universal) is required.
• EPA certification required for handling refrigerants.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
• Reliable transportation is a must for on-site maintenance work.
• Detail orientation and safety-conscious approach are essential.
• Strong customer-service mindset to assist residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests for common areas and units as directed.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs as needed.
• Inspect appliances, A/C, toilets, lights and safety devices.
• Assist with trash outs and unit turns; inspect major systems.
• Carry out painting, carpentry, and flooring tasks as required.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call basis.
