Job summary

Wan Bridge Group is seeking a tech-savvy Service Tech II to perform maintenance and repairs on rental properties across multiple sites. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and complete tasks to keep homes in excellent condition while upholding company standards.

This role includes preventative maintenance, make-ready inspections, emergency response, and detailed reporting to coordinators.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in residential construction and remodeling across multiple trades is essential.
EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.
Ability to read project specs and understand scopes of work.
Knowledge of codes, inspections, estimating and planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, seasonal checks, and replacements.
Respond to service requests, diagnose and repair issues, and notify coordinators as needed.
Complete make-ready inspections and move-in orientations to meet quality standards.
Provide emergency maintenance support during scheduled or after-hours.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and hours worked.
Communicate professionally with residents to ensure satisfaction and safety.
Follow safety SOPs and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory and request supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
