Job summary
J.C. Hart Company in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, electrical panels, pool equipment, and apartment appliances to ensure premium resident experiences.

Qualifications
- Experience maintaining HVAC systems, electrical panels, pools and apartment appliances.
- Ability to diagnose and repair building systems with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to delivering a positive resident experience and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs HVAC equipment.
- Repairs electrical panels and property lighting.
- Maintains pools and pool equipment.
- Repairs appliances in apartments.
- Checks apartments for appearance, cracks, wear and reports needs.
- Manages inventory and shop maintenance.
