Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Studio City, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure apartments are rent-ready.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with a base pay range of $52,500 to $74,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and exclusive team member housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs to company standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready.
• Performs preventative maintenance on apartment homes.
• Assists in painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
• Supports safety culture and proper use of PPE and safety procedures.
