Job summary

F & S Produce Company Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support manufacturing or distribution operations. You will repair and maintain conveyors, high-speed equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and related controls.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electronic programs and components, read blueprints, and install or replace parts. The role also involves mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safe, compliant operations in a chilled production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing high-speed equipment and conveyors.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high-speed equipment and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot electronic components and control systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per schedules.
• Interpret blueprints and install/replace parts.
• Assist in maintaining building systems including HVAC and electrical controls.
• Mentor junior technicians and support operations.
