Job summary

Coastal Sunbelt Produce, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and high-level maintenance across facility equipment and building systems. You will assist with material handling equipment and conduct preventive maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.

The role requires reading electrical and mechanical schematics, diagnosing issues, and repairing with parts as needed. Night shifts and some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2+ years in facility maintenance/preventative equipment maintenance.
• Skills: strong technical, mechanical, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent English communication with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Inspect and test machinery; diagnose and repair issues.
• Repair and maintain building systems (plumbing, lighting, etc.).
• Operate and service material handling equipment and downtime battery watering.
• Troubleshoot, determine causes, and implement repairs efficiently.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and diagrams.
