Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, pneumatics, and related systems.
• Respond to production calls and breakdowns promptly.
• Assist with equipment installations, improvements, and changeovers.
• Follow safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and machine guarding.
