Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent; vocational/associates with electro-mechanical focus preferred.
• 2+ years in maintenance with automated equipment; electrical/electronic responsibilities; food manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies; strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate safely in a manufacturing facility with heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and corrective maintenance on equipment, diagnosing electrical and mechanical malfunctions.
• Dismantle and rebuild machinery to access defective parts using hoists, cranes, and tools.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance by inspecting drives, motors, belts, and fluids.
• Verify PdM findings and review work orders to complete maintenance tasks promptly.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures at all times and ensure compliance by maintenance staff.
• Complete daily reports of maintenance and repairs conducted during shifts.
