Job summary

The Hershey Company in Memphis, TN is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for our state‑of‑the‑art plant. You will maintain and optimize electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running.

This position requires hands‑on skills, the ability to read schematics, and flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shifts, weekends, and overtime. Prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Journeyman card or 5–7 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical work in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of electrical/electronics principles and NFPA 70-E basics.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Read schematics and diagrams to plan wiring layouts and replacements.
• Diagnose and repair faulty components to minimize downtime.
