The Hershey Company Memphis plant is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II to maintain and optimize high-speed manufacturing equipment in a non-union, state-of-the-art facility producing Ice Breakers, Breathsavers, and Good & Plenty.

The role requires electrical and mechanical expertise, with a starting pay of $34.95 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential and potential overtime. Candidates must pass mechanical and written assessments and complete post-offer screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am).
• Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Journeyman's card or 5-7 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical work in manufacturing systems maintenance; troubleshooting, repair, hydraulics, pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors, and production machines.
• Read and follow electrical prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment including motors, transformers, and control panels.
