Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Midlothian, VA to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across conveyors, automation, robotics, and ancillary systems. The role includes documenting work in CMMS, recording production logs, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associates degree in Mechatronics or related fields, and experience with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree or higher preferred in Mechatronics, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or equivalent.
• Graduate of an apprenticeship program or current trade certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and ad-hoc repairs on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment, record issues in maintenance logs, and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain operation logs for facility systems.
• Mentor maintenance personnel and assist where two-person tasks are required.
• Oversee, inspect, and monitor routine maintenance by junior engineers; provide training as needed.
• Oversee projects such as minor space renovations and building efficiency improvements.
