Qualifications

• One year minimum of prior experience or related experience.
• Must have reliable transportation to safely and effectively carry out the responsibilities listed above.
• Knowledge of apartment building maintenance and ability to diagnose routine issues.
• Experience with minor repairs and use of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities
