Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean/restore recently vacated apartment homes.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
• Change bulbs, locks/keys; install appliances as needed.
• Perform exterior/interior painting and caulking; light drywall repair.
• Physically manage painting, pressure washing, and snow removal.
• Forecast repairs by walking through upcoming units.
• Create punch lists and perform quality control checks.
• Assist with trash removal in vacant units.
• Perform quality checks on systems, appliances, and aesthetics.
• Prep units for painting and handle electrical/switch work as directed.
• Assist with diagnosing and minor maintenance/repair, incl. plumbing and HVAC.
• Operate power tools and related equipment.
